Touring the Themes of Life
Patrons enter dark/dimmed room and view static visual elements accompanied by serene and passive sonic textures. The environment is activated by the artist in real-time through musical instruments that control cues inside of the visual environment. The presentation then becomes less of a premeditated orchestrated musical performance and is able to sustain along each theme for extended periods of time as there is no conclusive beginning nor end; much to imitate those concepts in the real world.
Concise visualizations and sound design synergize the Silverduckling‘s vision in depicting a spectrum of elements found within themes such as “Love”, “Technology”, & “Nature”. With every element being of original design, a clearer picture is able to be painted through their coalescence; one keystroke and trigger at time. Partially improvised, the projected visualizations respond to the artist’s sonic input as he navigates the observer through a live visual and sonic journey.
