PARTICIPATION
Water Cycle is an exploration of sound and play that is comprised of Bicycle powered water fountain, house plants, and electronic sound amplification. The sounds of the water flowing over the various surfaces and plants in the fountain will be recorded by contact microphones and augmented through a sound pedal deck capable of looping and building through-out the duration of the installation.
Brandon Bollinger or “Bo Bollinger” is a Los Angeles based artist. He has experience in sculpture, ceramics, photography, video, and painting. Recycled materials and everyday objects inspire much of his work. Bollinger pushes the limitations of his subject by using exaggeration and repetition.
