Electronic Zot Parade
Using a blend of musical instruments and live electronics processing via Ableton and MaxMSP, our group represents our research in sound studies in the Integrated Composition, Technology, and Improvisation program at UCI. This special edition for soundpedro will feature a variety of soundscapes, including Frog sounds, Sea Foam, and Drones for a Beating soundbath. The string instruments will mostly feed sound into the electronic processes, serving as a supplemental but essential element to the sound-making.
We are PhD students and affiliates of the Integrated Composition, Improvisation, and Technology Program (ICIT) at the University of California, Irvine. A blend of instruments and live processing electronics to create whimsical soundscapes.
