ruminating thoughts
Sometimes it’s really f*cking hard to live in the present moment with anxiety. We can spend most of our days bombarded with the fast pace of daily life and distractions, we forget to enjoy what is- right now. The sounds of memories and experiences embedded in our brains are washed out by rumination. It’s a never ending cycle, that moves and moves, drowning anything that’s in its way. Although solitude can be desired and function as a escape, it can become a lonely loop.
