OCEAN S.O.S.
S.O.S. The Ocean and WE are turning onto plastic!
Beth Elliott is a Multi-Media Installation Artist. She connects & intertwines genres. She aims for a rich, easy entry, thick with food for further thought. While classically trained, she keeps playful Experimentation & Humor at the forefront. She is inspired by the ocean as well as natural & found [recycled] materials. Her concept & thoughts are of Connections & Transitions – the unseen Vibration that Connects and Creates all things – the Transitions between states of being. Art is her search for truth, meaning, existential & visual joy!
Her work has been exhibited in galleries and museums across the country including Moca and The Craft contemporary in Los Angeles, The Seattle Art Museum, The Smithsonian Museum as well as traveling
through the Western Association of Art Museums. She worked as Lead Scenic Artist, Scenic Designer and Art director on Hollywood films for 10 years and earlier designed a women’s clothing line that sold in boutiques from Beverly Hills to 5th Avenue and points in between. Both continue to influence her artwork.
